O.B.E. 'Symptoms'
Phenomina linked to the
O.B.E. process
During the proces of going Out Of Body and of the return to your physical body :
> Sleep-Paralysis
> The Vibrational State
> Experiencing a certain Sound,
like buzzing, humming, electricity,
sound similar to that of an airplane flying by
> Extra Sensory Perception (E.S.P.)
Note: one is also able to experience these things during an O.B.E.

Furthermore, I would like to add to this that :
The actual projection, as well as the 'return' from a projected (OOB) state,can ~ for example ~ be experienced in the following ways :
-> a feeling of going/rising up (this can be at considerable speed)
-> experiencing that you are in a certain moving vehicle and that you are
gaining speed - moving faster and faster
-> experiencing that, by way of big/wide jumping movements (leaps), you
are able to cover great distances
(the so-called 'Seven Mile Steps' :-), and this escalates, upto the point
that you are able to rise up ~ to fly
-> experiencing going through a tunnel ~ again at great speed
-> the sensation of falling* (for example down the stairs, in a deep whole).
*'This ' falling' is a sensation which, in particular, is characteristic for the moment of actual 'return' from the projected state to the physical body.
Perhaps you recognize one or more of the symptoms/sensations which are mentioned here. :-}
